The Favre Prayer? Not in my Town

What I am about to rant on here simply crosses the line and i'm not talking about the goal line. I'm talking about the God line. That's right, The God Line. It's the foundation, the very mechanism that brought us here to this land. The fact that He was with us when we came here. And we promised Him that He would remain here with us and be our God, our Lord and our Supreme Authority. That in Him, we would trust. That by His principles we would lead the world. By His grace we would supplant our enemies and by our faith in Him, He would recognize and see us through our trials and tribulations as a nation and as individuals. Has that desire been forfeited? Has the commitment been traded? Has a new leader been drafted in and no one told me to turn on ESPN and watch his campaign? What the hell has happened to this nation when I can walk into a restaurant to watch a football game and see The Lord's Prayer, transliterated into The Favre's Prayer? I don't know if you've seen this "prayer". But I tell you what, NOT IN MY TOWN. Not in my city, and not in my country. My God won't be mocked! If you did see this, what did you do about it? Nothing probably. You don't want to look like some kooky overly-zealous God-loving freak. If you haven't seen it, it starts out something like this......... our farve, who art in the dome blessed be thy name and so on through the whole prayer eeeeeekoh! It makes me sick to my core just typing it. Some Godless Idiot, and that's what he is, thought this up. Thousands of AA Idiots liked it and posted it around town and 1 AAA Idiot had the nerve to post it in her restaurant without asking me if I would be offended by it. You see, that's the way it works-this falling away from God as a nation. It creeps in slowly so that anyone who dares to take a stand over it is seen as a zealot or a ultra-conservative or even a party pooper. It's just peer pressure. There is more peer-pressure in this world for adults nowadays just to do the right thing for God and Country, then there is for teenagers. If we don't recognize it, we're in the dark. We're merely inhabitants, not citizens. After asking the waitress who posted that vile ilk in my town and being told that if I don't like it I could leave, I told her I would leave. So, I tore it down, tore it up and left. Got outside, kicked the dust off my feet and drove home. Not before being threatened by some Viking goon fans. But, I got out alive. I'm not trying to brag here about this. I just want people to know they can take action against this crap. Don't perpetuate it by laughing and joking and claiming that it's clever. It's not clever, it's Unholy Plagiarism and Blasphemy. God said that He will not be mocked and you had better wise up. Has sports in this country become that important- that going to the game instead of church isn't enough apostasy? That we need to add more potential damnation too by outright mocking our God in the venues which you were fooled into believing were created for your entertainment? There is a reason why these events take place on Sunday. They are all distractions from serving our God. The one Facebook group you will never see is titled "Sports Fans who want the games played on Saturday so we can worship God on Sunday". Are we going to let this thing that was created as a distraction, cause us also to mock the God who put us into this position of freedom. Freedom to enjoy sports and music and arts and entertainment. Or will we continue to let the leaven mix in and corrupt the whole loaf to the point that we no longer have a God to cry out to? I wish this country's people would get it's priorities straight. Or, have we already determined what path we want to take. It's an individual question. A question that each must answer now. It's getting really late in the game. The Lord's Prayer

Jesus's True Birthdate- The Course of Abia

The question occasionally arises around Christmas, as to when the exact date of Christ's birth is. I prefer not to touch on the subject during the Christmas holiday season. The reason being, that it's a deeper study that dosen't change much about Christ, His sacrifice or His divinity but will certainly be cause for much negativity during this time of celebration for those who refuse to cast away tradition for the truth which Christ himself claims, in doing so, "will make you free". The freedom comes from losing the traditions of men which, make void the Word of God. In addition to the freedom from vain traditions which serve man, through this study, we gain a deeper understanding of our Father's desire for us to know His will, where we should align ourselves politically and a comprehension of the perfection of God's complete plan for salvation.

I prefer to study this in the Book of Luke because unlike John, this Gospel includes Christ's pre-natal and pre-ministerial periods. Luke, being a physician, describes things from a doctor's point of view, utilizing modern medical terminology which has it's earliest roots in this very Gospel. This entire study begins and ends in the first chapter of Luke, the-"Light Giver's" Gospel.

Lets begin our study in verse 5.

The verse begins by explaining that Zacharias was a Levite High Priest. The High Priests of the Levitical priesthood served 24 - one week courses twice a year. Zacharias is serving the one week (Sabbath to Sabbath) levitical course known as Abia. The course of Abia was the eighth course which began on June 13th and ended on June 19th. His wife Elisabeth was of the line of Aaron, the Priest line, as all full blood female descendants of Aaron married Levite Priests.

In verse 6 we find that they both were blameless in all their ways, living according to God's instruction prescribed within the Law and the Prophets.

Verse 7 indicates that Elisabeth was quite old and barren, even childless. This is undoubtedly mentioned for the purpose of showing that God was responsible for this amazing conception.

Now, in verses 8-17 we are shown that the message delivered by the Angel Gabriel pertaining to his wife Elisabeth's conception was delivered to Zacharias while he was carrying out his Levitical service during the course of Abia.

In verse 15, we are given a hint as to what will shortly transpire regarding the presence and magnitude of the Holy Spirit within John. We are told that John would be filled with the Holy Spirit even from his mother's womb, meaning before his birth. If this is not a enough of a confirmation that the soul enters the womb upon conception, you will be given another example in the coming verses.

Verse 18 shows the doubt which was in him regarding his wifes conception as compared to the belief which was found in Mary upon hearing of hers.

Skipping ahead to verse 23 we are told that upon completing his administration one week later, Zacharias returned to his house. He left June 20th on his 30 mile hike home and arrived home on June 24th.

In verse 24 we read that after Zacharias had returned home, Elisabeth hid herself 5 months (because a stoning would be the standard punishment for adultery) or possibly to avoid all uncleaness. This brings us to November 25th if we conclude that a 30 mile hike for Zacharias was indeed a 3 day journey. In any event, a day or two, give or take, does not interfere here.

In verse 26, we are told that we are in the 6th month or December 25th when the Angel of the Lord appeared unto Mary. The 27th verse tells us that the virgin Mary was of the house of David. The house of David was the King line. Since Mary and Elisabeth were cousins, that proves Christ to be of two tribes of Israel. The Levite- Priest line and the Davidic (Judah) King Line. Christ, The King of Kings and the Most High Priest (Lord of Lords).

In verse 36 we see that in the 6th month of Elisabeth's pregnancy (December 25th) Mary is visited by Gabriel and told the she, just as Elisabeth, would also be conceiving a child. Mary's conception, unlike Elisabeth's of course, was Immaculate rather than merely, if anyone dare say merely, miraculous.

Thus, giving us the day of our Christ's conception on December 25th.

Remember, John The Babtist was to be the fore-runner of Christ; turning the hearts of the children back to their fathers.

In verse 40 & 41, we have another witness to the fact that the soul enters the womb upon conception.

It reads;

:40; And (Mary) entered into the house of Zacharias and saluted Elisabeth.

:41; And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.

It dosen't matter to me whether Christ's birth is celebrated on December 25th or in September. However, it does shed some light on why the animals were still in the manger at His birth.

In either case I enjoy the idea of celebrating both dates for their awesome purpose, knowing that on December 25th, The Holy Spirit began dwelling with man.

All I Can See Is RED!

This world of ours is so freakin screwed up! I'll start my rant by offering a quote that I overheard at a going-to-Iraq deployment party that was happening at a local bar this weekend. I wasn't a guest at this party. It was being held contemporaneously with the normal goings on at the bar. I was however, introduced to the young man by a mutual friend. The man was saying that he was being prepared for service in Iraq or Afganistan. I heard him as he was explaining his zeal for the endevour by stating, "I'm Airborne man, i'm ready. As soon as I hit the ground, i'm gonna light 'em all up; men, woman and children, i don't give a f**k!" Much to my shagrin, the others who stood listening to him were not takin aback by his bloviating.I thought to myself, this does not even qualify as a joke! Are you insane? Who, in their right mind would even entertain the thought, even in joke form, of killing children? What kind of education was this man adhering to that would justify this statement?And isn't that what it all comes down to? A person's knowledge or lack thereof on a given subject will impact his stance on that subject. But, who told this guy that these men, woman and children weren't worthy of any mercy but certainly worthy of death?According to his argument, these people's own government were complicit in Hussein's and Bin Laden's actions, therefore, they too (the citizens) are complicit and worthy of death? Let's remember, OUR GOVERNMENT, not theirs, (Iraq & Afganistan's) is chosen by the people. And by this reasoning, WE are judged by our own words and votes. Afgani's and Iraqi citizens do not have a tittle of say about their governments actions. We in the U.S. do have the right and responsibility to vote people in- based on our beliefs and dreams. No one implicates themselves for our military's undeclared invasions, hapless colateral damages and military torturings. We certainly don't deserve to die because of our leaders actions but the afgans and the Iraqi's absolutely don't either. They are totally non-complicit because they don't have a say in their government. Yet we are going to hold them responsible for their leaders actions? That's even if you believe the B.S. that's pumped through the idiot box and implanted in our brains by tout t.v.. They have painted a face of these supposed terrorists on a Toshiba tapestry which sits right in front of you every night and underneath the picture, instead of a signature there is a caption which reads, "Hate these people because they're different and by the way, they hate you and want to kill you." Yet, there were no WMD's in Iraq. No Bin Ladens in Afganistan. Our country went anyway because we the people have exactly the same control over our government as the Afgans and Iraqi's do- NONE! But we do have an unstripped power known as personal freedom and free speech. So, the next time someone says "support our troops" or "I'm proud to be an American", if your going to agree, know in advance why you believe that way. Investigate, define your beliefs and know what you stand for. If you don't, you may just run into a true soldier like me who ruins your party! God's Army- Serve with Him and you won't be explaing your actions, you'll be explaining your successes. Douglas Larson

Most of my Facebook friends are ZOMBIES

I really find the content and commentary of social pages like facebook amazing. People are literally addicted to the idea that they are once again connected with all of their long-lost friends from days of old. Some wake up in the morning and post about how much they hate mondays or comment on why their friend is right to be a fan of the republican party. Others spend their day gaining as many imaginary friends or imaginary money that they can by operating an imaginary farm or mafia. Sure, I too, dabble here and there with different distractions but, come on, you've got other stuff going on too right? There must be some real world stuff that you are involved in that will make a small difference in how this world advances? And i'm not talking about sports or drinking or parties or t.v. shows or working on your car. I'm talking about helping someone in your community that you don't know or getting involved politically for the benefit of the people whom the elected 'public servant' will be obligated to serve. Or helping a child understand his world, his God or his Country. Because while all of this social networking is going on, our country is being destroyed by the people whom have been elected or appointed by the elected. And soon, if they have their way, you won't have the freedom to 'socially network' with anyone. Isn't it ironic. That by distracting people with social networks, their agenda can be implimented to install socialism? I rarely here anything from my facebook friends about what is going on politically in this nation. If I do, it's usually in response to the posts which I make. "Why are you so political?" is one. "Well, i'm glad that i'm not into politics!", is another. Or my favorite, "Let the politicians do their job!!!". For me, it has nothing to do with politics in the normal sense of the word. It's about stopping politics in the sense that politics has become. Of course it's hard to be involved in things that have grown so corrupt and evil but, it's that very lack of involvement by every single man and woman of this nation that has allowed only the politically involved to rule it's own world and to continue the expansion of it's own corruptness through the 'in crowd' mentality. Politics have always been subject to corruption. For every person in power, there is another person wanting to usurp that power through bribery. Today they call the bribers Lobbyists. And no, they don't wait in the lobby until the meetings are over and bribe the elected officials when they come out. The bribing (lobbying) happens before the politicians vote on issues in the form of payments, campaign contributions, special deals, kickbacks and incentives (friends of Angelo anyone?). The biggest problem I have with people nowadays isn't their lack of knowledge, it's their lack of concern. There is such a need to be entertained in this country that people will watch American Idol for 16 weeks straight, two nights a week, keep a hand written list on their coffee table of their favorite contestant and text in a vote at the end of the show and not even vote for the President of the United States of America. Didn't God tell you NOT to make Idols? Hey, the Israelites had a calf made of pure fricken gold and worshipped that and you idiots are making an idol out of a T.V. show? What does it all add up to? Who won? I'll answer that for you. The advertisers won. Remember now how they keep emphasizing not to vote until after the show? Why is that, have you ever wondered? It's because we can't have people distracted by texting while our product commercials are on, can we? And the whole time you thought they just wanted to give each contestant an equal chance right? Well enough of the sheeple shearing for now. The point is that the whole time that you are politically involved in America's Idol, your not politically active in America. They know that. They win thrice. 1. Advertising 2. Text messaging 3. Record sales And lets not forget the one they really profit on. Distracting you from what the agenda is, that they are pressing forward in this nation. I'm not going to tell you what it is because if you don't know, it's too late. I will tell you however that they (those that have usurped our government through greed and the distracting of our citizens), hate God- while professing their faith in Him, hate Liberty- while swearing to protect it and are unquestionably loyal to their god, whom they serve behind the scenes. Get off the tap water. Flouride does not prevent tooth decay. It does however, take away what Americans of old called, Righteous Indignation-good ole anger. It's time to shift our thoughts a little bit to that very term Righteous Indignation. Righteous Indignation is defined as - retribution, retributive justice; anger and contempt combined with a feeling that it is one's right to feel that way; anger without guilt God is the author of righteous indignation and He expects His children to possess it and exercise it. Is it wrong to feel angry when a woman is beaten by a man?No, it's righteous. Or when a baby is abused by his or her guardian? No, that anger is righteous indignation also. How about a persons life savings stolen by it's government? How about a person who tells me that watching his favorite football team this weekend is more important than informing his facebook friends that 30 children have died this month alone during the 'war on terror' in Afganistan? Yes, I admit, this questions a little more ambiguous but what is the more important subject? The football's a game. Entertainment. Fantasy. The childrens deaths are real. Each death will affect dozens of lives to the negative without preventing more deaths. Can we only feel sad when it's an American baby dying? No, because thousands of those die everyday due to drugs being used by their mothers, kidappings, molestations etc;. Maybe it has to be within our own family for us to care enough to get involved. If this is true, and it appears to be the case, then shame on us, for we let it happen by not taking a stand unless it effects us directly. And when it does happen to us, we can be assurred that no one will be their to prevent it. We have all guaranteed that. Quit worrying about what others are going to say about you for taking a stand against tyranny and evil and start making difference. Dare to be a Daniel, Dare to stand alone! ScaDANavians are of the 'Lost Tribes of Israel'

This post is about prophecies concerning the "lost tribes of Israel". Specifically, the tribe which was always situated to the north of the collective twelve, known as the tribe of Dan. The tribe of Dan, known in Ireland as the 'Tuatha De Danaan', has been prophesied about, concerning their future in the Biblical books of Genesis and Exodus. The twelve tribes of Israel were the children of Jacob, who was renamed Israel by God Himself. Jacob of course, was a son of Issaac, who was a son of Abraham. The Israelites, also known as the twelve tribes of Israel were at the time, wandering through the desert on the way to the promised land when their father, the Patriarch Jacob was dying. As he was dying, he bestowed upon each of his sons, prophecies concerning what the posterity of each of them would be in the last days. Our focus lies with the prophecies concerning Dan as recorded in the 49th chapter of Genesis. In the seventeenth verse is a part of the prophecy concerning the tribe of Dan. The first clause (King James Version) reads as follows: "Dan shall be a serpent by the way." But a better translation is as follows: "Dan shall be a serpent's trail." A few points in the history of Dan will show us how they became a serpents trail. During the division of the land to the 12 tribes of Israel which was done by lot, a narrow strip of seacoast country, to the west of Ephraim, fell to Dan. But this land soon became too small for the quickly populating tribe, as we are told in the following: "The coast of the children of Dan went out too little for them; therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword,and possesed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father." (Joshua 19:47) Concerning the Danites, (Judges 18:11-12) we also have them, 600 in number, pitching their tents in Kearjath-jearim and renaming that place, Mahaneh-dan. Again we are told in Judges 18:29 of this same company of 600, that they came to Laish, "A people that were at quiet and secure; and they smote them with the edge of the sword, and burnt the city with fire... And they built a city and dwelt therein. And they called the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan, their father, who was born unto Israel. In all cases, whether a war campaign or settlement, that locations name which Dan would ultimately secure, would be changed to that of their father Dan. In this lesson, it is important to keep in mind the fact that in the ancient Hebrew language, there are no written vowels and in the word DAN, there are only two letters used, which in the English are equivolent to the D and N. Hence it makes no difference if the word is Dan, Den, Din, Don or Dun, it is equal to the Hebrew D-n, in which it is up to the speaker to sound the vowel according to his dialects characteristics. On the west side of the Black Sea, there is a region, according to ancient geography, know as "Moesia," signifying the land of the Moses-ites. These people had such a great reverence for a person they called Zal-moxis, who Herodotus, the father of history, supposed to be their God. "Zalmoxis, whom Herodotus supposed them to worship as a God, is without doubt Moses:; Zal signifying "chief" or "leader," while Moxis and Moses are but the Greek for the Hebrew Mosie, which is also rendered Moses in our language." Moesia was bounded on the south by Mace-Don-ia, and the Dar-DAN-elles, and on the south by the river Dan-ube. In the territory of Scythia, there are the rivers D-n-iper, D-n-ister and the Don. The fact that the Dniester and the Dnieper are written without a vowel between the D and the N is quite as significant as the fact that the Don has one. Professor Totten says, "There is no grander theme upon the scrolls of history than the story of this struggle of the Anglo-Saxons westward. The very streams of Europe mark their resting places, and in the root of nearly all their ancient names, (Dan or Don) recall the sacred stream. Jor-dan--river of rest-- from whose banks, so far away, as exiles, they set out. It was either the colony of Dan, obeying its tribal proclivity for naming everything it captured after their father, or else the mere survival of a word and custom; but, none the less, it serves to trace these wanderers like a trail. Hence the Dan-ube, the Dan-iester, the Dan-ieper, the Dan-au, the Dan-inn, the Dan-aster, the Dan-dari, the Dan-ez, the Daci, the Davi, the Dan, the Don, the U-Don, the Eri-Don and the thousand other Dans and Dons of ancient and early geography, down to the Danes in Dan-emerke, or "Dans last resting place." To this I would add, that the people of Denmark have always been called Dan-es and who have neighbors in Swe-den. In final, the people in contiguous countries, while having different local names, have been called by the same generic name, i.e., Scan-DIN-navians. Also, that Denmark, the modern form of Danemerke, means, "Dans-mark"
